The Miami-Dade County Board and Code Administration division has issued a notification of acceptance for Quickbolt’s Stone Coated Steel Dak Hook (part no. 17612), where the holder is approved for use in heavy weather conditions. Miami-Dade is a regulatory body on construction products and determines whether they are suitable for use in high-speed hurricane environments.

The steel covered steel roof hook is a stainless steel mount that is designed for use on steel steel roofs.

“Our focus has always been on making supports that are easy to install, minimize the roof disturbances and offer unparalleled durability. It is a difficult balance, but this approval proves that we are on the right track, “said Rick Gentry, head of new products at Quickbolt.
