The Old Hill Farm Solar Project, developed by Woodfield Renewable Partners, is now complete in Jefferson Valley, New York. The 6.1-MW project is built on steep, uneven terrain and called for limited land disorders. Woodfield turned to the long span rack system of DCE Solar for the difficult project.

The implementation was just as critical as design and DCE services helped with the installation. The precision drill and mechanical installation expertise of the company ensured that the rack system was not only placed safely, but also seamlessly integrated into the natural contours of the site.

“The long span rack of DCE is a game changer for community installations for the community. The robust design, in combination with its ability to cover extensive areas with minimal structural components, made it the perfect solution for our project,” says Tyler Bonini Principal at Woodfield Renewable Partners. “The system is versatile, sustainable and cost -efficient, making it an essential part of our successful project.”

More information about the project can be found in the Case Study Online.
