Chinese inverter and manufacturer of energy storage solutions Good has launched its EHB some phase, high voltage, hybrid inverter on the markets of Australian and New Zealand.

Dean Williamson, Goodwe Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, said that the EHB series varies from 5 kW to 10 kW and is designed to meet the growing question For larger solutions for residential energy storage.

“The EHB offers the ideal solution for larger, one -phase residential energy storage systems, to meet consumer demand,” he said. “The EHB also contributes to our ever-increasing assortment of a hybrid inverters with one and three-phase, who will continue to grow in 2025 and then with even more exciting new products.”

Goodwe said that the EHB-Om-Oorlijnin has a maximum efficiency of 97.6% and a maximum battery-to-ac-efficiency of 96.5% and has improved for compatibility with powerful solar modules. The series supports 200% PV oversizing to make systems up to 20 kW. It has a maximum of four Maximum Power Point trackers (MPPTs) with a maximum of 16 A-gang current per string for large or complex roofs and switching at UPS level of fewer than 10 milliseconds.

“The backup function is ideal for both new installations and retrofit projects, and can even be integrated into a Microgrid system, which guarantees the normal operation of on-grid systems during black-outs,” the company said.
