Castillo Engineering Invests in the expansion of the solar options on Nuts scale. The Engineering Office announced an investment of $ 2.5 million in software tools for project and process management to better serve its customers, while also expanding its senior leadership team to better meet the growing demand on the solar market for Nutschaal.

With 356 GWDC from the Zonne scale on a scales are expected to be online by 2035, fed by the rising energy demand from AI applications and data centers, Castillo Engineering made some changes to his executive leadership team to support rapid growth and the needs of the industry. The appointed company Gary Joseph as a VP of sales and marketing and Arun Ramadass as VP of operations. Moreover, founder Rick Castillo of the company has transferred to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he now leads a newly improved Project Management Office (PMO).

In a virtual press event on 7 May, CEO Christopher Castillo gave a brief overview of the new software platforms from the company: PMO 360 and Designiq. The company has hired an external company to develop the software to meet its needs.

Castillo Engineering PMO 360

The PMO 360 Software is a customer -oriented software that offers customers a dashboard to keep track of important information, dates and results.

“The industrial stand is to send a lot of e -mails, and what happens is that data and dates are lost in those e -mails,” said Christopher Castillo. “Now all information and dates on the dashboard and customers have real -time visibility. This is the first of its kind in industry.”

Under the leadership of Rick Castillo, the PMO receives strategic guidance and daily mentorship, supplemented by the launch of PMO 360This is designed to improve visibility and efficiency. The intuitive dashboard of the software offers customers more communication seal and complete transparency in technical information, timelines and plans.

PMO 360 also ends project managers (PMS) with the data and insights they need to make informed decisions, improve timelines, to manage the budgets and encourage customer satisfaction. Castillo’s Project Management Institute (PMI) -Certified PMS votes on their strategies with PMIs Gold Standard To help customers minimize risks, optimize budgets and stay on schedule during a project.

“We wanted to ensure that we made something that is unique in the building space,” said Rick Castillo. “From all my years to go with customers and to listen to their worries and questions, we wanted to think of something that is very transparent. The dashboard offers everything that is expected of a project, and it is presented in real time with all delivery, managing all the substantial information that we share with customers, submit RFIs.

Castillo Engineering Design IQ

Design IQ automates the real-time collection of calculations and design assets from multiple sources, making them available in a single interface for the Castillo team. This automation of technical calculations and the preparation of AutoCAD enables the engineers of the company to reduce human errors, standardize workflows and increase scalability, allowing the company to deliver projects faster with superior quality.

“In our discussions with EPCs in the field of Nuts scale, almost every leader expressed an urgent, unfulfilled need of record that can offer excellent project management and reassuring quality on the scale of the usefulness grows,” said Christop Castillo. “Our reaction is a daring investment in talent, tools and technology that ensures that our ‘A -Team’ is ready to support EPCs as their pipelines expand, without sacrificing quality.”

The two software platforms improve communication for Castillo Engineering and its customers.

“We offer the same visibility that we have on our side,” said Joseph. “From all our lessons that have been learned about projects, one of the most important challenges in communication was the keyword. There is a huge flow of information on both sides, and if communication does not flow efficiently, people end up on different pages. So we wanted to see how we can make it faster. If we can improve the power, we can eliminate mistakes and have a happy engineering -Team -Team -Team and Team and Team Team and Team and Team Team and Team and Team Team” ”

One of the driving forces behind the development of the Designiq software was to tackle the shortage of the industry in qualified engineers.

“That is a predominant problem in the industry,” said Ramadass. “There is an absolute need for engineers in the solar space, where you need electric, civil and structural design. We need engineers with experience designing these types of projects. For us it was about designing a platform to tackle those shortcomings.”

Castillo Engineering’s renewed Senior Leadership Team

Rick Castillo, PE, SE, Chief Operating Officer

In his current role, he has tightened his focus on leading Castillo’s Project Management Office (PMO), which has set the industry stand for Power Engineering Project Management. He recently developed and launched PMO 360 ™, his own dashboard that offers EPCs and owners the clarity needed for informed decision -making.
