The CER of Australia has confirmed that it has permanently suspended the registration of the Victoria headquarters Hello Solar Solar under the Act Renewable Energy Electricity (REE), which means that it cannot create small-scale technology certificates (STCs).
In a statement, De Cer said that Hello Solar had given misleading answers when he was asked to provide information, adding that it was no longer satisfied that the company was “fit and appropriate” for the purposes of the Ree -Act.
The supervisor said that the decision is immediately in force and that Hello Solar cannot create certificates of renewable energy under the small -scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES).
The decision follows an investigation into the behavior of Hello Solar, a company that De Cer said Emerging energy solutionsNetzero Environmental Group and GreenbotAll of which have permanently suspended their registrations.
“Hello Solar turned out to have given misleading answers when De Cer asked them to provide information,” said De Cer, adding that “registered agents and their executive officers have” important responsibilities “when participating in the SREs to ensure the integrity of the scheme.
“Registered agents are responsible for reporting changes that can influence their status,” said it. “This includes certain criminal convictions or infringements of the SREs or other schemes administered by the CER.”
De Cer said that providing false or misleading information, including omitting important information, can lead to the suspension of the registration of an agent and can also result in persecution.
