Eve Energy previously showed its 6.9 MWH Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on the Eesa Energy Storage Exhibition in Shanghai. The product has discussed the pilot production with small batch with scaled production aimed at the third quarter of 2025. The first annual production capacity is planned at 10 GWH, anchored by plants in Jingmen, Hubei and Huizhou.

The system uses cell-to-pack (CTP) integration, which eliminates traditional modules by integrating cells directly into the package. Eve reports a reduction in package costs by 10% and an increase in energy density by 20% per unit of surface. The unit is designed for standardized implementation in projects with one hundred-megawatt hours and is assessed to combine with mainstream 3550 KW power blocks, aimed at lowering investments in the outfront for large factories.

Thermal management is shifting to a top-mounted liquid cooling unit, which EVE says that the use of the container space improves by 15% and at the same time reduces the footprint and the work sound. A modular liquid cooling architecture enables each module to be carried out independently, whereby the company claims an improvement of 30% in business and maintenance efficiency.
