Battery -integrator JDerenery exhibited on his cabin on the RE+ Trade Show, concentrated on acceleration: specifically, how his products integrate, how they are installed and how control systems can be streamlined by removing unnecessary components. The company emphasized the installation speed, system reliability and maintaining uptime of more than 99%.

JDERGERY currently offers two main products for the American market: the EBLOCK 100C and the Estation MV-6880. The EBLOCK 100C is designed for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, including shopping centers, factories, distributed PV systems, zero-carbon parks and microgrids. The Estation MV-6880 is a turnkey package with integrated transformers and other hardware, suitable for C&I, utilities, off-grid, telecom and external site applications.

The featured image shows the base of the EBLOCK 100C, with an emphasis on the many connecting points for energy support. The system comprises four maximum Power Point Trackers (MPPTs) with a rating of 40 A each, with two string inputs per tracker. It also integrates a 50 KWAC solar version, which supports up to 100 KW PV modules. Generating solar energy can also charge the battery directly via the built-in DC/DC converter of the device.

The conversation was tongue-in-cheek on the show floor, with one participant jokes that the only thing that is really needed, to drop a unit like this in a hut, to connect some solar panels, and “you are probably good to go during the Zombie apocalyps.”

This sleek integrated design reflects the wider philosophy of JDEnergy.

The company gets battery cells from multiple suppliers, but takes it from there, designing and integrating the battery management system (BMS), which is a combination of an energy management system (EMS) and Power Conversion System (PCS) in a single unit and supervising the full system structure. JDERGERY believes that his battery control system is an important reason for both improved efficiency and consistently high uptime. The company argues that a single supplier who supplies a uniform system is more reliable than putting components of several manufacturers together.

JDEnergy has now deployed more than 20,000 individual energy storage blocks. Hands-on experience in the field, including time spent working with installation teams, has played a key role in shaping the design philosophy of the company. With one recent project, the company installed 100 storage blocks in just 45 days.

Part of that speed comes from logistics planning. JDERGERY offers specifications for the pre -cast concrete pads that support its systems and sometimes delivers the pads themselves. When a system arrives with its path, the installation only requires a forklift truck, without excavation or tap.

The Estation MV-6880 is further expanding this design philosophy. It is a fully integrated station with a built-in transformer for medium-voltage schedule connection, supports scalable expansion of 430 kVA to 6.88 MVA and contains black starting options for off-grid or back-up applications. The system can deliver rapid voltage and frequency instructions, peaks and emergency power, making it suitable for external locations, island grilles or telecom towers.

With functions such as this and a streamlined “all-in-one” design approach, JDEnergy wants to make the use of the implementation of energy storage faster, simpler and more resilient, ready for everything, from grid support to grid failure.

As the company extends its American presence, including a 100 MW / 200 MWH battery energy storage project in Dallas, the fast and cost-effective installation, three factories with a combined 10 GWH of annual production capacity, the use of 314 AH battery cells with high capacity and in a turne-battery resort. Both systems have earned important American certifications, including UL 9540, UL 1973, UL 1741 and UL/CSA 60730, which ensures safety, reliability and grid compatibility. The company is also building a localized service network to support customers throughout the life cycle of the project, from pre-sales consulting and commissioning to current after-sales service.
