The Great British Energy Company of the government has only worked with the British Ministry of Defense to install Solar PV on the roof at around 15 military locations throughout the country.

The partnership comes as an extension of The dedicated financing of GB Energy to install Zonne -PV in schools and NHS sites Around the UK.

Announced as the first GB Energy project, £ 200 million was dedicated to install Solar PV on around 200 schools and 200 NHS sites. The expansion of the schedule will now see a total of £ 255 million cover the installation of solar sun at 250 schools and 270 NHS sites, as well as technologies such as solar panels and microwind turbines used in a series of military locations.

The government also confirmed that the clean energy job plan, which will be published later this month, will explain the establishment of hundreds of thousands of new clean energy jobs throughout the country.

The energy secretary, Ed Miliband, announced plans to ensure that jobs of clean energy are always “good jobs”, with action to close meshes that give offshore renewable energy workers fewer rights to work than oil and gas workers.

All this comes soon after the government confirmed that the First five NHS sites have now benefited from GB-Energie-Supouted Solar Installations.
