The holiday gift-giving season is among us, and World of solar energy has another unique item to add to your list.

In addition to this cool jigsaw puzzle, you may also be interested in The ABC of renewable energya children’s book that introduces young readers to the exciting world of clean energy.

The book was created by marketing and communications agency DG+. The Certified B company is closely involved in the clean energy market.

The ABC book is for sale at DG+ Shop.

“‍Talking to children about renewable energy and climate change can be difficult. The issues are complex and the language can be confusing. As adults who navigate these discussions every day, we wanted to create a tool that starts the conversation with curiosity and excitement,” DG+ said in its press release. “The ABC of renewable energy explores fundamental concepts from ‘A is for air’ to ‘Z is for zero emissions,’ making renewable energy fun and accessible for kids – and fun for adults to read aloud.”

The project features original illustrations by Mary Duncan-Sain, a former DG+ senior visual designer. Her vibrant images bring solar panels, wind turbines and electric vehicles to life with charm and creativity. The text was written by Mel Phillips, a former DG+ team member. Kathleen Gill, another former team member, also contributed to the book.

“At DG+, we are essentially climate storytellers, and that includes creating resources for all ages,” said David Ganske, founder and CEO of DG+. “After this initiative started as a fun group exercise, I’m thrilled to see it come to life. It’s a great representation of how we bring passion and creativity to all our projects and client work.”
