Chinese storage system provider Fox ESS has launched a new series of residential storage systems at the Solar Solutions Amsterdam 2026 trade fair.

“The innovative cable-free system further revolutionizes installation with unparalleled simplicity and convenience,” the manufacturer said in a statement. “Although it is not yet commercially available, it is already generating a lot of excitement and high expectations.”

The series features a built-in gateway with a 63A circuit breaker, making it ideal for whole-home load backup. The maximum charge and discharge rate of 1C enables fast power management, making the system well-suited for virtual power plant (VPP) applications and allowing users to take full advantage of multiple scenarios, the company said.

The system supports 6CT/3CT meters with self-adaptive phase sequence, VPP integration, 5-second power scheduling and one-click APP upgrades, delivering effortless optimization and real-time responsiveness, according to Fox ESS. Round-trip efficiency can reportedly reach 89.6%.

The Power Q line consists of a single-phase system and a three-phase system, both built with LFP lithium-ion batteries.
