PV mounting system specialist AEROCOMPACT is expanding its COMPACTMETAL TL product line with the new TLE25 and TLE38 options. Designed to span ribs on trapezoidal sheet-metal roofs, these TLE mounts feature integrated risers and pre-punched bridges, requiring no pre-drilling AEROCOMPACT’s proprietary self-drilled screws.

Standing at 80 mm, the newly launched TLE25 and TLE38 rail bridges, along with AEROCOMPACT’s self-drilling screws with integrated sealing washers, create a secure, water-tight connection with the roof.

AEROCOMPACT will showcase these new mounts at RE+ Midwest in Chicago, as well as its elevated short rail TSE15, part of the COMPACTMETAL TS short-rail system for trapezoidal sheet-metal roofs. Featuring an 80-mm integrated riser, this PV mounting system is installed along the length of the trapezoidal sheet-metal ribs, offering a quick and cost-effective racking solution.

The new TL and TS options offer rear-side module ventilation to enhance performance while providing ample space for wire management and easy MLPE installation.

With a high load-bearing capacity, these systems are built to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, and corrosion-resistant components ensure minimal maintenance requirements. AEROCOMPACT offers a 25-year warranty on its solar racking and mounts.
