In an ongoing effort to reduce the industry’s 50% contract cancellation rate, technology company Pale Blue Dawn has expanded its integration platform to connect major solar software tools, including OpenSolar, Aurora Solar and SubcontractorHub, with widely used project management systems such as Quickbase and Notion . and industry-standard CRMs, including NetSuite and HubSpot.

The company’s Bridgit platform automates the flow of data between design platforms, project management tools and CRMs, addressing a critical challenge in the industry. The average company currently uses 93 different tools, with manual data transfer between systems causing significant delays in project progress.

“By connecting design tools like Aurora and OpenSolar directly to project management platforms, we eliminate the data silos that often lead to delays and cancellations,” said Steven Male, co-founder of Pale Blue Dawn.

The platform’s mission is to seamlessly connect every step of the solar lifecycle – from initial Aurora designs and OpenSolar proposals to utility applications, permit submissions and final installation planning. When fully implemented, field teams can update progress across any connected system, with changes instantly reflected across all platforms, keeping everyone informed of project status.
