Cabine SolarAn above-ground provider for cable management has released its new modular hail hanger system for the solar industry. This newly designed hanging system is inspired by the free air solution of Cab Solar, modular and developed for compatibility with the increased tilt of tracker systems with hail report protection. It can also be used with the patented cable management system from Cab Solar with intergrated earth.

The modular Hail STOW Pendant System works within the limited space that is available for cable management in hail rise tracker systems. The hangers are made of galvanized steel with a custom -designed coating and are available in two sizes for different cabling and are scalable according to the requirements of a project. The specially designed bracket integrates with the bracket of the damper arm, so that the mid-pier kit can be attached to a pier, so that the clearance window is opened for cable management.

“Our new modular Hail Stow Pendant System is a great solution to supplement the steeper corners that are needed to reduce the potential for weather -related module damage,” said Beth Burkett, Product Development and Engineering Department Manager for Cab Solar. “The hangers and hardware have been designed and tested in collaboration with the new designs of Top Tracker manufacturer in mind.”

The Modular Hail Stow Pendant System is now available for solar projects on utility scale.
