The Chinese solar manufacturer Aiko Solar has unveiled a new solar module for commercial and industrial (C&I) projects at the Solar Solutions Amsterdam event, in the Netherlands.

“The launch of Infinite in Global Delivery is an important milestone in our expansion,” said a spokesperson for Aiko. “By combining groundbreaking efficiency with a slim aesthetics, we offer the market the most advanced ABC technology that is available today.”

The company said that the new product is the third generation of its infinite series, which depends on Aiko’s own All -back contact (ABC) cell technology.

The new modules measure 1,762 mm x 1,134 mm x 30 mm and are available in four versions with a power of 460 W to 500 W and the module efficiency up to 25%. The open circuit voltage comprises 40.40 V and 41.30 V and the short -circuit current is between 14.58 A and 14.96 A. The temperature coefficient is -0.26%/C, with a first -year breakdown of 1% and an annual breakdown speed of no more than 0.35% for 30 years.

Aiko said it integrated its ABC cell technology and several advanced module processes in the new Infinite series, which is said to eliminate Lacunes between cells and hides bus bars to expand the light reception area by 1.8%.

“With the optimized light reception surface, the infinite series can generate up to 40 W more power than topcon modules and 20 W more than earlier ABC models,” the manufacturer explained. “The precision overlaps soldering and hidden bus bar design improve light absorption. In addition, when the shade is partially in the shade, the modules can produce 30% more electricity than topcon opposite hangers, which guarantees stable performance in complex installation environments. “

The company also said that the schedule -free design of the modules and the slender, completely black appearance enable them to merge seamlessly into residential and commercial buildings that focus on premium architectural requirements. “Constructed with a 2.0+2.0 mm dual-glass structure-25% thicker than topcon-the dual glasses infinite modules offer superior resistance to micro-cracks and extreme weather conditions,” it also said.
