Perovskite Solar Specialist Oxford PV has signed a patent permit agreement with the Chinese module manufacturer Trina Solar.
The agreement includes the production and sale of Fotovoltaic products based on Perovoltaic in China and includes an extra right to sublicense.

A statement from Oxford PV says that its patent permit agreement with Trina Solar “Perovskite PV validates as the technology ready to define the future of solar energy”, while the position of the company is consolidated in the middle of the Perovskite -eco system.
The statement adds that the agreement reflects a growing trend of patent recognition and IP in China and makes a faster deployment of very efficient solar sun on GW scale possible.
Oxford PV has also said that it retains the economic rights to “use his leadership position in Perovskite PV through further license agreements and extension plans with high volume.”
