The Flexhome energy of Germany has developed an energy storage system for the home that can support the low-voltage grid, even in houses without solar panels.

It said that the plug-and-play system can be used by residents of apartments, but it noted that it can also work together with solar panels.

Customers can connect the energy storage units with their power stop contacts for home. The systems are controlled by an intelligent measurement system via a switch cabinet.
