EnergyAid offers lifeline on abandoned suntuity solar customers

Service provider Energyaid Follow the buying of abandoned residential solar assets, now with the acquisition of Suntuity Renewables Intellectual Property.

National Residential Solar Installer Suntuity Closed store in 2024. EnergyAid will now support more than 11,000 former Suntuuse customers. Through remote diagnostics, early issue detection and efficient repair services, EnergyAid strives to minimize disruptions and a reliable production of solar energy for homeowners without guaranteeing support.

“When solar installation companies are closed, homeowners are often left without anyone to maintain their systems, manage guarantees, checking or processing repairs,” said Nick Sherman, CEO of Energyaid. “That is where we come in. EnergyAid is here to support customers who have been stranded by their installers and are looking for reliable help. By integrating the Suntuuse monitoring network into our platform, we restore the trusted repair and maintenance support that these homeowners need.”
