Tigo Energy announced that TIGO TS4 MLPE devices are now operational in accordance with and are compatible with hybrid inverter-battery systems from Sonnen. The certification relates to Sonnenbatterie Hybrid models and Tigo TS4 product family when correctly designed and installed.

“The certification of compatibility between Tigo MLPE devices and our hybrid series is a very positive development for the customers of both companies,” said Alexander Hirnet, VP of Device Development at Sonnen GmbH. “Because this is a DC-linked architecture, the homeowner benefits when Sonen and Tigo products are used together in a home system. We look forward to how installers use this smart combination of products to further grow the residential solar storage market.”

By combining Tigo MLPE devices, including the TS4-a-A-and TS4-X series, with Sonnenbatterie Hybrid Systems, solar installers are getting monitoring at module level and fast closing provisions for the Soles Energy safety for the ultimate autonomy in the home energy.

“While sunbathing policy is increasingly promoting self -consumption and arbitration around the world, our collaboration with Sonnen offers a powerful solution for the residential energy market,” said Gal Bauer, senior director of validation, growth and product management at Tigo Energy. “This compatibility statement is the result of extensive tests, so that smooth system integration is guaranteed. With this certainty, professional solar installers can combine with trust Tigo and Sonnen products to deliver powerful solutions for solar-plus-plus storage to their customers.”

All Sonnen models that are certified with Tigo Mlpe can be viewed This compatibility page.
