Enfinity Global has obtained an extension of $ 245 million to finance the development, construction and operation of its 22 GW solar and energy storage pipeline in the United States.
Enfinity Global has announced the expansion of its structured credit facility in the United States to $ 245 million. The funds are expected to support the development, construction and operation of its 22 GW Utility-Scale Solar Purtheuille on solar energy and energy storage in the United States.
The funds were arranged under the leadership of Nomura, with the participation of institutional investors, including Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), via its Green Credit Fund I (CI GCF I), Capital, HSBC Asset Management and Versus Capital Infrastructure Income Fund.
The extensive funds built on a facility of $ 97 million signed at Nomura in July 2024. The first facility included an option of a maximum of $ 400 million.
The proceeds from the funds are expected to be used for the development phase and ready-made projects in the United States, which cover both the building permit and pre-notice-to-equite of capital requirements, including financing for purchasing equipment, credit support and financing the last stage.
Enfinity was supported by McDermott Will & Emery as a legal adviser about this transaction. Norton Rose Fulbright supported the lenders.

Zonnee continues to dominate new Capacity for generating electricity Added to the grid in the United States, according to the Energy Information Administration (EIA). Utility scale solar capacity reached 128.6 GW in March 2025 and grew from 96.9 GW in March 2024.
Electricity generation from solar energy continues to grow in addition to capacity additives. For the rolling 12 months ending on March 2025, sun facilities, including Nutschal and small -scale projects, generated 321,830 GWH, an increase of 250,539 GWH in the rolling 12 months in advance. This represents 28% on an annual basis for growing solar energy.
Looking ahead, EIA expects the growth of solar energy to continue, according to his energy views in the short term report. The EIA said that it expected the growth of 26.3% in the installations in 2025 and installed on the end of the year 153 GW installed on the scale scale. In 2026 it expects a growth of 19.5% in cumulative capacity in 2026, up to 182 GW. This growth represents A doubling of the cumulative solar capacity on utility scale In the United States in just three years of 91 GW in the end of 2023 to 182 GW towards the end of 2026.
