NREL, CUBICPV achieves 24% Efficiency for Perovskite Mini Solar Module

The latest collaboration between the US DEPT of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and Perovskite-Silicon Tandem manufacturer CubicPV, based in Bedford, Massachusetts, has delivered a Perovskiet minim module with a certified efficiency of 24.0%.
