Redington Ltd., a provider of Indian Integrated Technology Solutions, has formed a partnership with Solar Cell and Module manufacturer Websol Energy System to market Zonnekeits for the residential segment on the roof in India. Customers can receive central subsidies of a maximum of INR 78,000 ($ 892) and state subsidies on these installations.

Under the partnership, Redington Solar supplies bundled solar packages for houses and small companies, each with highly efficient Websol modules, inverters and forest accessories. The kits are available in sizes from 2 kW to 10 kW, with a series of energy needs on the roof.

The collaboration is based on the distribution network and the Supply Chain of Redington to make Websol sun packages accessible in India.

“Our collaboration with Webol enables us to offer solar packages that enable customers to use solar energy and at the same time take advantage of government subsidies,” said Pradep Srikanthan, vice -president of Redington Solar. “These kits are a game changer for residential and small-scale projects that combine convenience, quality and affordability. With the robust distribution options of Redington we are well positioned to stimulate the acceptance of Made in India Solar Solutions nationally.”
