Gamechange Solar’s Latest Mount Stores Panel -Tax capacity on trackers

Gamechange SolarA Global Solar Tracker and provider Racking Systems provider has released FlexRail, an mounting system specially designed for flexibility with module selection.

Gamechange Solar Genius Tracker

Flex rail The industrial challenge of the delivery of the solar module that is powered by rates, logistical delays and global market fluctuations. Projects can be confronted with expensive redesign or field adjustments when PV modules change after trackers have been manufactured or installed. The FlexRail mounting system of Gamechange Solar leaves the same tracker design for several different modules with minimal disruption.

“Module provision is today one of the most dynamic variables in solar energy on utility scale,” said Nat Healy, Genius Tracker Product Director. “By supplying trackers that are designed to support a wide range of modulette types, we help our customers to maintain project schemes and protect their financial models, even when the customer changes modules in the design or installation process.”

Gamechange’s newest white paper“Flexibility for trackers with one axis: a study of flexrails and other tools for tackling module changes during project design,” investigates important design functions that improve the flexibility of the module, including clamp-based rail systems, flexible secure zeklines, non-placed couples and Low-Profffile. Through these elements, solar projects on Utility scale can adapt to the availability of PV module while retaining cost efficiency and building schedules.
