Gamechange SolarA global supplier of Solar Tracker and solutions with fixed tilt has designed an option of the rivet connection for mounting module on his genius tracker system. This solution offers EPCs and project owners an alternative to traditional Boute Modulebindings.

“By integrating the modules mounted on the Klinknagel into our ingenious tracker system, we offer customers more flexibility in how they build and maintain solar projects,” said Vaibhav Joshi, director, Oceania and Sea at Gamenchago Solar. “This innovation ensures streamlined installation and reliability in the long term, making the implementation of solar energy even more efficient.”

While most PV projects use fixed connections between the stretch system and modules, rivets can be connected without using the torque on pre-punched module mounting holes. According to the research and design facility of Intertek and Gameschange Solar, the two-part rivet is in accordance with the applicable sections of the UL 2703 standard. In addition, internal tests in the installation training center of the company has evaluated installation and removal aids that provide insight into field implementation.
