Trina produces its own LFP battery cell, giving the company transparency and control over its supply chain, minimizing risk.

Elementa 2 Elevate features a smart liquid cooling system, IP67 package design and C5 anti-corrosion coating to improve power density, safety and energy efficiency while reducing the Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS). Trina’s fully packaged storage solution is vertically integrated within a closed and fully proprietary supply chain environment, tailored to the demands of the North American market.

“Trina’s Elementa 2 Elevate represents an optimal balance between capacity and cost, leveraging our vertical integration capabilities to drive the clean energy transition through grid-scale storage solutions,” said Terry Chen, vice president of Trina Solar US. “Trina Storage handles everything from developing core cell technology to providing our customers with a fully integrated and integrated solution so they can achieve their energy storage goals.”

The Elementa 2 Elevate solution will be available for delivery from August 1, 2024.
