Amelia Hub presents an all-in-one solution that combines the Amelia Solar Cloud platform and its hincator hardware to simplify and automate the quality control of Stapel and Trackers in photovoltaic parks.

With the Hincator, a device that accurately measures the most important pile parameters, and the Amelia Solar platform that processes data in real -time, developers can ensure that everything is carried out correctly, within the established tolerances of the project.

The Hinctator measures seven parameters and, according to its makers, is six times faster and more accurate than traditional human control.

In particular, it automatically measures the parameters X, Y, Z, NS and EW, rotation and soil height. It takes about 10-15 seconds to complete, and when it is connected to the internet, it sends real-time data to the platform. It inspects approximately 120 piles per hour.

Amelia Hub Tracker -solution

The software developed by Amelia Hub determines whether the tracker can be installed and also checks the shade.

According to Amelia Hub, a Sun Factory of 50 MW 83% saves in inspection time, more than € 75,000 ($84,406) In costs, 61% in re -taking posts and 50% in labor costs.

The Hincator works as a lease model during the construction of the farm.
