BW Solar is selling twelve New York community solar projects to catalyze

BW solar energy is selling 12 solar projects in New York State with a combined capacity of 76.7 MW to Catalyze.

The transaction includes a portfolio of six pre-construction projects and a further six in the early development phase. The group of notice-to-proceed projects is intended for commercial exploitation this year and next year.

“BW Solar is committed to the energy transition by conceiving and developing high-quality renewable energy projects, and this transaction is a testament to our execution expertise,” said Tai Nguyen, CEO of BW Solar. “We were pleased to work with Catalyze in a seamless transaction process for the acquisition and look forward to seeing the projects come to fruition.”
