The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Miit) has launched an inspection program from 2025 that focuses on energy consumption in 41 large polysilicon producers. The agency expects that the checks, which must be submitted on 30 September, will curb the output by sharpening the standards for energy consumption and significantly influence production capacity and supply.

China Southern Glass (CSG) said the estimated CNY 6.5 billion ($ 894 million) photovoltaic glass supply contract with solar giant Longi had expired without full version. The five -year agreement, signed in July 2020, had a period that ended on July 31, 2025. CSG mentioned rising product prices, market volatility and changes in the Longi purchasing strategy as reasons for the deficit. The actual turnover under the contract was 1,441 billion.

Jinko Ess Said that his joint energy storage cell factory with Eve Energy has officially entered mass production, the following equipment companies in May and on full scale in June. The facility supplies Jinko Ess annually with 5 GWH of 314 AH cells, while Eve specialists use on site to help the factory to reach “Excellence Factory” standards and to support the growing global storage activities of Jinko.

The China Non -Ferrous Metal Industry Association The prices of Polysilicon have kept firm last week, with N-Type re-processing material from CNY 47,200 per tonne (MT) (MT) rose, an increase of 0.21% compared to the last week and a grainy silicon stable on CNY 44,300. Nine companies were active, including one restart production and another maintenance maintenance. The Output of August is expected to reach 125,000 MT, which will surpass the demand for the wafer sector by around 16,000 MT.
