GCL -System Integration (GCL SI) joined the Tiangong LCA -data platform of China and became the first major photovoltaic manufacturer participating in the National Carbon Data Initiative. The movement of the company follows his earlier collaboration with Ant Digital Technologies to launch the “GCL cabbage chain”, a blockchain-based system for following and quantifying the carbon emissions of the Supply Chain. The Tiangong integration continues with GCL Si’s urge to carbon data parcel. On June 13, GCL SI also signed a 1.2 GW Solar Module Supply Agreement with Hofon Energy, a subsidiary of Shanghai’s Shenng Group, to support a 2 GW solar project in Tacheng, Xinjiang. The contract comprises 60% of the project demand.

AstronergyA unity of chint of new energy, showed its flagship tunnel oxide -passivated contact (Topcon) products Astro N7, N7 Pro and N8 Pro. The Astro N7 module uses 210R rectangular waffles and topcon 5.0 cells to deliver a maximum of 24.1%. The size of 2,382 mm x 1.134 mm is designed to optimize the shipping volume. The N7 Pro builds on this with SMBB and ZBB technologies, Gapless lamining and two-layer coating, which achieves 670 W output and 24.8% efficiency. The Astro N8 Pro has large 210 mm waffles and multiple cutting technology, which provides more than 800 W and 24.6% efficiency. The product marks the direction of Chint for modules of the next generation.

Sany Silicon Energy presented his green Microgrid solution for mining applications, combining solar, wind, battery storage and electric mining equipment under an intelligent energy management system. The solution contains EMS controllers, shipping platforms and renewable inverters to guarantee energy optimization in external mining areas. It uses grid-forming technology to maintain system stability and has a digital carbon management platform that includes design, monitoring, analysis and optimization.

Longi A strategic partnership signed with Turkish Bouwbedrijf Özgün endrives and will deliver very efficient Hi-MO 7 modules for the 300 MW (AC)/362 MW (DC) Hassi Delaa Laghouat PV project in Algeria. Granted under the National 3 GW Solar Tender Program of Algeria, managed by State Company Sonelgaz, this project is an important milestone in the transition from the renewable energy of the country. Longi said that the project will use its LR8-66HGD modules from the Hi-MO 7 series, assessed on 625 W, with 23.1 percent efficiency and temperature coefficients of -0.280% per degree Celsius.
