The two companies will continue operations under the PanelClaw name as they aspire to support commercial and industrial roofing customers in both the United States and Europe, and ultimately globally.

CPX, a Netherlands-based supplier of roof rack products, and PanelClaw, the company’s American counterpart, will continue their activities together under the name PanelClaw.

In a statement released today, PanelClaw said it plans to become the first global supplier of solar panel mounting systems for the commercial and industrial solar roof markets.

The transition was announced by Enstall, an Amsterdam-based manufacturer of racking and mounting solutions that includes the CPX and PanelClaw brands. Stijn Vos, CEO of Enstall, said this move marks an important milestone in the company’s journey. “By consolidating more than 15 years of experience, our expertise and resources, we aim to provide better solutions to all stakeholders in the fast-growing global C&I PV space,” said Vos.

Costa Nicolaou, CEO of PanelClaw US, added: “We are excited to expand the PanelClaw brand into Europe and work with our customers in North America and Europe to further the partnership promise, track record of reliability and world-class service.”
