The Advenealth Campus Campus business project has been completed and is now fully operational, making it one of the largest private solar projects in Florida.

Located at the headquarters of the Compethealth Corporate in Altamonte Springs, Florida, the new photovoltaic system of 3 MW solar system promotes the purpose of the health system to reduce emissions in half by 2030 and reach the net zero missions by 2050.

Main features are the following:

  • More than 7,500 solar panels installed over the roofs of four buildings, two parking garages, covered walkways and parking spaces.
  • Improved campus facilities: adds 62 charging gates for electric vehicles and contains covered parking for hundreds of surface parking places.
  • Significant energy savings: Produces an estimated 4,200 MWh hour per year, which provides approximately one third of the campus electricity needs.

“Completing this installation of solar energy is one of the many ways in which we carefully cover the natural resources that have been entrusted to us,” said Olesea Azevedo, Chief Administrative Officer for AdventHalth. “By using renewable energy on our business campus, we do a long -term obligation to reduce our impact on the environment and to build Momentum in the direction of our sustainability goals that will improve the coming generations.”

The project, developed in collaboration with the Platform Van Zonne -Development ESAConstruction started in 2024 and was strategically designed and carried out by narrow coordination with the city of Altamonte Springs and Duke Energy.

“Working with the AdventHealth team on this project has been incredibly worthwhile. We are proud of this meaningful contribution to the use of Advenealth to innovation, sustainability and economic and environmental impact in the long term,” said Morgan Brawner, Chief Revenue Officer for ESA. “ESA worked closely with Adventhealth to evaluate their entire portfolio, whereby the business campus is identified as the ideal location for this pilot project. Integrating several solar technologies, including the roof and carport installations, now serves this campus as a model for future Onsite’s solution positions in their facilities.”
