Aquila EnergyAn EPC founded by a team of veterans from the industry is officially launched for a fast-growing market for solar energy and battery energy.

After having spent almost a decade together in Begego Solar, reunited Aquila Leadership reunited at Coldwell Solar, where they received their first financing round to form the new company of Dave and Sean Hood, owners of Coldwell Solar. With the aim of increasing standards in the use of new and repeated aging clean energy sites, Aquila’s team of multidisciplinary experts in the industry has a track record of performing GWs of solar and battery energy storage systems in the US in the US.

“Our team of market leaders and the integrity they bring to the table are the core of our approach, which influences every decision and stimulate our dedication to excellence,” said Brian Barker, CEO of Aquila. “For example, we first believe in safety and ensure the protection of people and assets by rigorous protocols and advanced training. We also believe in open, honest communication within our team and with our partners, and extensive, due diligence to win every time. “

The company name, Aquila, was inspired by Barker’s work on a community-driven solar project in the Aquila Game Reserve in South Africa, which offered hundreds of jobs and helped to revitalize the city of Touwsrivier. Aquila considers that project as a representation of its core values, as well as a blueprint as an economic and environmental interest for the companies and communities that it serves in the US
