GameChange solar energy has launched GeniusShip to support the logistics of utility-scale solar project sites. The system offered advanced logistics improvements designed to streamline site receiving, improve materials visibility and reduce installation delays on utility-scale solar projects.
With GeniusShip, every GameChange Solar delivery now comes with a unique QR code, giving site teams immediate access to detailed shipping information. By scanning the code, teams can view component-level data, including part descriptions, quantities and expected installation zone, eliminating guesswork and improving accuracy during receiving.
“GeniusShip brings clarity and control to one of the most complex phases of solar construction,” said Phillip Vyhanek, CEO of GameChange, a global provider of solar trackers and fixed-tilt solutions. “By combining real-time data, site adaptability and easy QR access, we are helping our partners receive, set up and install materials more efficiently than ever before.”
New standard for the company
Unlike static delivery documentation, GeniusShip dynamically adapts to site conditions. Upon delivery, the system calculates the required installation zone in real time, adapting to site-specific restrictions and changes. This flexibility allows receiving teams to make faster, more informed decisions while ensuring materials are placed exactly where they are needed.
GeniusShip is purpose-built to improve inbound logistics at the site, allowing developers and EPCs to reduce material handling, minimize restaging and reduce labor costs. By enabling accurate material placement from the moment shipments arrive, GeniusShip supports more efficient construction workflows and accelerates project schedules.
GeniusShip is now standard on GameChange Solar deliveries and reflects the company’s continued commitment to innovation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
