Ipsun Solar Partners with DC Housing Developer to offer solar energy

IPSUN SOLAR, A sun company based on the community for Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland, announced a new partnership with urban developer Eya. Through the partnership, IPSUN House buyers will offer the option for installations on the roof for solar panel for EYA’s New Townhomes in Reservoir District, a sustainability -oriented, fully electric community currently under development in Washington, DC

Through this partnership, home buyers can choose to seamlessly add a complete solar system during the design phase of their city house purchase. IPSUN SOLAR installs between 8 and 14 highly efficient 425-W panels, depending on the home model, together with a solar sizes for reliable, clean electricity from day 1.

“This partnership reflects our mission to make solar energy accessible, high quality and an easy choice for homeowners,” said Jim Cahill, general manager of Ipsun Solar. “The leadership of EYA in building lively, walkable communities is perfectly in line with our dedication to clean energy. Together we help residents to lower the utility costs, reduce emissions and invest in long -term sustainability.”

Residents who install Solar in Reservoir District District can benefit from a federal tax credit of 30% and generate income through solar certificates for renewable energy (SRECs)-Currently appreciated at $ 415 each in Washington, DC De Zonnestelsels are supported by the 10-year Craftsmanship of ips.
