NEA has published the final version of the administrative measures for the development and construction of distributed Solar Energy generation, to replace the interim regulations of 2013. The new regulations have set extensive standards for the life cycle of distributed solar projects, which relate to Definitions, supervision, project application, construction management, grid integration and operational requirements. Largely unchanged compared to the design released at the end of 2024, the rules apply to projects connected to the grid from 1 May 2025, while existing systems remain under the old framework. NEA Deputy Director Pan Huimin noted that China installed 120 GW of distributed Zonne -Zon in 2024, 43% of the 277.17 GW total, which generated 346.2 TWH -41% of all solar output. By the end of the year, the cumulative distributed capacity reached 370 GW, or 121 times the level of 2013 and 42% of China’s total solar capacity.

Longi Has the top bid for the range of PV module in the first phase of the Hongsi Fortress Renewable Energy Base in the Ningxia region in China, a 3 GW solar complex developed developed by Hunan Energy Group, secure. Purchasing covers 1.2 GW bifacial, double glass, N-type modules with a minimum power classification of 615 W. Delivery is planned between March and May 2025.

Irico Group New Energy Said that the non -geuditated results for the year ending on December 31, 2024, a net loss of CNY 350 million ($ 41.3 million) show up to CNY 400 million, which is an increase of 51.52% to 73.16% Compared to the CNY 231 million loss reported in 2023. The company attributed the greater loss to the year on year in PV glass prices caused by a weaker demand from power-reducing customers and the limitation of certain assets.
