Aerocompact produces solutions for flat roofs and ground-mounted solar energy racks. Pegasus will offer Aerocompact products through its network of more than 130 distributors in the United States and Canada.

“Pegasus customers have repeatedly asked us to develop products for the commercial market,” said Kai Stephan, CEO and founder of Pegasus. “When we saw Aerocompact’s unique offering, we were impressed with the engineering and saw an opportunity to work together. The product lines, for example the S_Base system, are in direct alignment with our exacting innovation and engineering standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to immediately deliver superior designed commercial flat roof and ground mount products to our growing customer base in North America.”

As part of the agreement, US Aerocompact employees will join Pegasus and Pegasus will manage and fulfill all customer orders. Pegasus will also integrate the Aerocompact product suite into Glide, the project design, planning and procurement software platform.

Aerocompact’s C&I racking line connects to Pegasus’ FX system, a flat roof carrier, which the company debuted at RE+ 2025.

“This is a very strong cultural match between the two companies,” says Sebastian Dresse, CEO of Aerocompact. “We are very excited about this opportunity to expand the reach of Aerocompact products through Pegasus to a larger market.”
