Puerto Rico-based solar installation program Integrated Solar Operations (ISO Solar) has been taken over by Private Equity company RM Capital Partners.
ISO Solar was founded in 2013 with a mission to deliver reliable and sustainable energy solutions, offers solar engineering, design, installation, repair and maintenance services at the residential and commercial markets and has operated more than 6,000 customers. The company has earned national recognition for its operational excellence and customer service and can be seen on the list of the best solar contractors of SPW.
“We have specifically chosen to collaborate with RMC because of the invaluable expertise that includes solar energy, project financing and renewable energy, while we also understand the importance of our employees and team culture as the driving forces of the success of ISO Solar,” said Ralph Diaz, ISO Solar Founder. “We are convinced that Solar will feed the future of Puerto Rico, and RMC will help us achieve our goal to give access to clean, reliable and affordable energy for all Puerto Ricanen.”
The versatile growth strategy of RMC will enable ISO-Zonne-Sonne-Solar to take advantage of the growing need for energy proceedings, energy security and lower energy bills compared to the status quo dependence of an unstable and below centralized electric grid. Despite billions in federal financing assigned to rebuilding and strengthening the energy infrastructure of Puerto Rico, which was decimated in 2017 by Hurricane Maria, both the frequency of power outages and the price of electricity continue to rise. As a result, many residents are actively looking for alternatives and ISO Solar is strategically positioned to meet this demand through technological innovation, product line expansion and operational excellence.
“Ralph and his team have built up a really best-in-class company,” said Ruslan Matveyev, managing partner of RM Capital Partners. “We are pleased to expand the enormous performance of ISO Solar by using the reputation, relationships and possibilities of the company, while further investing in people, products, services and infrastructure to make a clear share of the increasing demand for alternative energy solutions in Puerto Rico.
Since RMC and ISO Solar start this new chapter, Diaz remains as a board member and ensures a smooth transition in executive leadership to the new CEO of the company, Francisco González Ohárriz, who will play an insteadal role of the Team Value Rolling Leadership, and he will play a decade of the Team.
