PV Hardware USA (PVH), a global provider for following solar solutions and energy, has earned the zero waste with landfill validation and reports a recycling percentage of 98.36% in its activities.

“Sustainability is a fundamental pillar of our business strategy,” says Rodolfo Bitar, VP of business development at PV Hardware. “Earning the zero waste for deposit certification is not only a validation of our waste management practice – it is a reflection of our broader mission to reduce the impact of the environment and lead the industry to a cleaner future.”

PVH tries to work on a circular economy by reducing, reusing and recycling materials used in its activities, so that the value of resources is increased and waste is minimized. Due to waste separation, traceability and close cooperation with specialized suppliers and waste management partners, PVH successfully recycled 98.36% of the total waste at the company, with only 1.24% to be started. The remaining 0.4% waste was processed through other sustainable recovery methods.

In addition, PVH is working on reducing the scope 3 cabbage emissions. Waste management plays a role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and long -term sustainability. The certification verifies a tangible reduction in CO₂ emissions and creates the value of what would be different waste.

PVH carries out regular environmental audits, waste management programs and works with supply chain parters to meet sustainability goals.

“This certification is an important step forward, but it’s just the beginning,” said Bitar. “At PVH we believe that every action counts. Together we are working on a future of zero waste because sustainability is not just a goal, it is a responsibility.”
