Effective immediately, RISE Renewable Energy will handle all out-of-warranty claims for Sunny Central 125U, Sunny Central 250U, Sunny Central 500U, Sunny Central 500HE-US, Sunny Central CP and Sunny Central 1850-3000 inverters. This transition provides customers with access to a dedicated team for rapid assistance, technical support and streamlined repairs to maintain system efficiency.

How to submit a ticket
When submitting a ticket, it is important to include the following information in the description field or body of the email, as applicable:
- Inverter model and error codes/nature of the fault
- Contact name/phone/email address
- Location name/designation of the inverter
- Description of the problem
- Any additional supporting documentation
- All applicable error data (up to 20 MB) attached. Separate agreements can be made for larger attachments.
