The founders of the solar app Sunvoy have launched a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform specifically for the solar industry. SunCRM.

SunCRM integrates with HubSpot and provides custom solar-specific features that improve operational efficiency, streamline project management, and increase customer engagement.

Developed by solar professionals, SunCRM addresses the unique challenges and demands facing the solar installation industry. This platform not only simplifies project management from lead generation through post-installation, but also provides robust analytics and customer relationship tools designed specifically for the needs of solar companies.

SunCRM provides customized sales tools to align sales pipelines to accurately reflect the lifecycle of solar projects. It also tracks customer interactions, site reviews, and usage patterns to optimize service delivery. SunCRM integrates with every major solar proposal tool, field service software and accounting platform in the solar industry, from Aurora to Open Solar and SiteCapture to Netsuite ERP.

“SunCRM is more than just a CRM; it is a solution born from the specific needs of the solar industry and refined through real-world application,” said Joe Marhamati, co-founder of SunCRM. “Our platform is designed to help solar installers improve operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction and drive growth, all within the familiar environment of HubSpot.”

SunCRM was developed over the past decade based on the founders’ experience building, scaling, and ultimately selling an eight-figure vertically integrated solar installation company. This hands-on journey has not only provided invaluable insights into the specific needs and challenges of the solar industry, but has also inspired the creation of a platform that truly resonates with solar professionals.
