Sunbeam has launched a new platform that allows solar installers to configure their own online stores. Sunvoy eShop unlocks significant revenue potential by turning one-time solar customers into long-term energy partners. From energy storage systems and EV chargers to service plans and roofer referrals, the eShop provides a seamless way to maximize post-occupancy (PTO) capabilities. Solar installers can now take advantage of the enormous revenue potential left on the table after the initial sale, turning their existing customer base into a recurring revenue powerhouse.

“For too long, solar companies have focused solely on initial sales, missing out on the incredible value they could provide – and benefit from – through ongoing relationships with their customers. The eShop not only increases revenue, but also increases customer satisfaction by offering customized energy solutions over time,” said Herve Billiet, CEO of Sunvoy.

Key features of the Sunvoy eShop include:

  • Customizable white-label platform: Solar installers can fully brand their eShop, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Various upselling opportunities: Promote products such as batteries, EV chargers, smart panels, aesthetic upgrades and service plans to increase customer energy resilience.
  • Seamless supplier integration: Work with roofers, electricians and HVAC specialists to offer bundled services and increase cross-selling opportunities.
  • Re-engagement with old customers: Use targeted marketing campaigns to connect with previous customers and unlock additional revenue streams.

Sunvoy offers multiple platforms to solar installation companies looking to expand their business opportunities. Find more details on the Sunvoy website.
