The Development Program (UNDP) of the United Nations (UNDP) is planning to set up a list of pre -qualified companies to offer on the future delivery and installation of solar systems in Ukraine. The deadline to request the tender is October 25.

The UNDP office of Ukraine has opened a tender for the delivery and installation of renewable energy systems.

According to Available tender detailsThe pre-qualification phase of the tender will determine a list of companies that will be invited to offer future tenders.

The invitation to participate is open to all contractors interested in delivery, connection, lightning protection, commissioning, training and net invoicing of solar systems in Ukraine between October 2025 and September 2028.

UNDP will determine a selection as a result of the pre-qualification. The tender adds that a new pre-qualifying round can be added to UNDP discretion to ensure a sufficient volume of companies with sufficient capacity.

The pre-qualifying round is split into four capacity classes for photovoltaic systems: small systems up to 100 kW, average systems between 101 kW and 300 kW, large systems between 301 kW and 800 kW and extra large systems above 801 kW.

Applicants can request any combination of categories and capacity classes. The deadline for applications is October 25.

Ukraine has been deployed 500 MW From solar energy over the first half of 2025, according to preliminary figures from the country’s solar association.
