The Cegasa of Spain presents its first battery at Utility-Scale-PV Magazine International

The Spanish manufacturer will show the E/Xpand HV battery at the upcoming emarter e show in Munich next month. It will present racks for commercial and industrial (C&I) and large -scale systems of a maximum of 5 MWh.

The Spanish manufacturer of the Cegasa energy storage will participate in the Smarter E 2025 Trade Show, from 7 May to 9 May in Munich, Germany, and display its products on position B1.409.

The batteries of Cegasa Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) are designed in the technology center in Álava, in the Basque Country of Spain, and manufactured in Europe.

The manufacturer presents the E/Xpand HV battery, in a format installed by RACK, for C&I and large-scale energy storage systems up to 5 MWh in scale. Cegasa defines the product as “the most versatile and efficient solution on the market for large -scale applications, thanks to the air -cooled modules that optimize system cycles.” The E/Xpand HV has a smart battery management system and an automatic function for loading.
