The Governor of Arizona signs the executive order to support solar development
Phoenix, Arizona

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs signed an executive order in September that brought the dedication of the State to renewable energy growth in the light of an unprecedented federal recoil. The order draws up a task force to facilitate large -scale energy growth and speed, so that the rapidly increasing electricity demand can be tackled at the speed.

Public Utilities Commission of Nevada approves shift to 15 minutes of nets
Carson City, Nevada

The Nevada utility committee has approved a proposal from Nevada Power Company and Sierra Pacific Power that shifts to 15 minutes of nets for solar owners and adds compulsory demand costs to all customers. Instead of balancing solar production against the use over a full month, customers now only get credit for surplus energy within each 15 -minute window, according to Solar United Neighbours.

California promotes bills to remove tax on the IRA -Zonne benefits, to form a new electricity market
Sacramento, California

The legislators in California have advanced a few impactful accounts for the solar market before the legislative session of 2025 was terminated. One bill that has already been signed in the law by GOV. Gavin Newsom creates a western regional electricity market, allowing California to sell renewable energy to other states. Another bill pending the news action would remove state taxes on IRA Solar projects and be retroactively with tax year 2023.

Massachusetts issues definitive Smart 3.0 regulations, sets Zonne -Stimuleringscapacity for 2025
Boston, Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Dept. Or Energy Resources has issued the final regulations for its SMART 3.0 program, including plans to re -assess annual stimuli and capacity. SEIA praised the plan to respond to market conditions on an annual basis, instead of keeping the former rigid price structure intact.

Republicans in Wisconsin introduce Bill to start the Solar program of the community

Two Republican legislators have recently introduced a bill to make a community call in Wisconsin possible. The bill would also give local municipalities and cities control over the placement and approval for solar projects in their areas of law, responsibilities currently at the public services of the State Wonen.

Jobs for Fine Energie grew 3x faster than the rest of the US economy in 2024

Jobs for Schone Energie grew more than three times faster than the rest of the US economy in 2024, with nearly 100,000 new jobs, according to a new report. Although growth was considerable, it was the slowest pace since 2020 because of the federal policy changes and the overall delay in the labor market.

Us on the right track to lose 55 GW new solar energy by 2030
The United States

The latest report ‘US Solar Market Insight’ warns that new anti-solar federal policy is running the risk of losing 44 GW of solar deployment by 2030, a fall of 18%. The implementation in the short term is reinforced by already underway projects, a hurry to get the deadlines of the tax credit and the increasing demand for power.
