Tmic starts producing utility scales in Texas

Tmic Corporation Americas has announced that his PV -Omsorer production facility in Waller County, Texas has started production. The 144,000 FT2 Westport facility began producing PV-Omwers on tools in November 2024, surpassing the initial production expectations and the production of more than 300 PV-Omsorers by 5 February 2025. This milestone underlines TMEIC’s dedication to the American production promote and accelerate the renewable energy sector.

In mid-November, Tmic organized an official Grand Opening and Lint cutting ceremony in the Westport facility, in which senior executives, important customers, partners and local government officials were brought together to celebrate the expansion of its activities. Guests visited by the facility, witnessed live demonstrations of the inverters produced and learned more about Tmic’s continuous investments in local production and renewable energy. This event underlined the crucial role of the facility in supporting Tmic’s strategic vision of promoting clean energy solutions and strengthening its position in the worldwide market for renewable energy treatment.

“We are delighted to see the Westport facility fully operational and to produce high-quality PV formers that will help stimulate the transition to clean, sustainable energy in North America,” said Manmeet S. Bhatia, President and CEO of Tmic Corporation Americas. “The opening of this factory is a cornerstone of Tmic’s strategy to expand the presence of American production, so that we can meet the increasing demand for solutions for renewable energy. With our extensive production capacity, we are well positioned to meet market demand and to contribute considerably to the growth of the American solar industry. “

The Westport facility started production on schedule, with a new, highly educated workforce that is ready to meet the market requirements. Looking ahead, planned upgrades to the facility will further expand capacity and promote innovation.
