Two major community software companies announce merger

The new company will be majority by Arcadia. Together, the new company will manage more than 3 GW of solar capacity on 1,000 solar projects in 16 states, with more than 300,000 equivalents of customers with their own software technology and automation.

The Joint Venture will use the best of both companies, the leading customer acquisition, invoicing and utility data software from Arcadia, to the historical power of perks that serve commercial customers, reporting options of production-to-pay and the management of the combined teams for all clients’ and policy experts.

“We believe that this company reflects the natural evolution and maturation of the community solar activities and are pleased to merge two strong teams with such dynamic and complementary services and technology,” said Bruce Stewart, CEO of the new company. “This company also talks about the clear need that we have heard from project developers of Zonne project and partners of assets who want a financially strong and scalable partner who can reliably serve them for decades. A partner who can support them with their growth plans and can meet the demand of the customer, because residents, companies and governments continue to embrace community zoning in the US.

The B2B software platform from Arcadia serves business customers with a tool data integrations, AI-driven analyzes and extensive solutions for energy management worldwide. While the new company will work as an independently managed entity, the Arcadia platform company will continue to use the scale of this extensive presence on the community in its advice for energy supply.
