The new company will be majority by Arcadia. The Joint Venture will use the best of both companies, the leading customer acquisition, invoicing and utility data software from Arcadia, to the historical power of perks that serve commercial customers, reporting options of production-to-pay and the management of the combined teams for all clients’ and policy experts.
