Jinkosolar introduced his newest generation of Suntera G3 Battery Energy Storage System (Bess) last week on the 13th Energy Storage International Conference and Expo (ESIE2025) in Beijing.

Housed in a standard 20-foot container and designed for compatibility with worldwide markets, the Suntera G3 has a nominal capacity of 6.251 MWh. With more than 10,000 cycles of operational lifespan and round trip -efficiency of more than 95%, the system is designed to maximize the discharge output about his life cycle. Certified for IP55 Ingress protection and C5-Anti-Corrosion standards, it works at a highest to 4,000 meters and is with convenience with hard and complex environmental conditions.

“Safety is the bottom line in energy storage and our core design philosophy,” said Wu Dianfeng, general manager of Jinko’s Storage Division, said ESS News. “In contrast to electric vehicles, where safety problems often arise from collisions, storage systems are connected to Grid, which requires much stricter attention for electrical safety.”
