The Japanese Sekisui Solar Film, part of Sekisui Chemical, The Brabant Development Agency (BOM), which serves the Dutch Province of Noord-Brabant, and the Dutch Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) have signed a declaration of intent in Osaka, Japan PV Solar PV-TECELLE.

“With the signing of the declaration of intent, the parties involved indicate their shared ambition to initiate discussions about a potential perovskite mode factory in Brabant and to exchange relevant information on this subject,” Bom said in a statement.

The three parties propose that lightweight, flexible perovskite solar PV is integrated into facades and roofs with limited tax-bearing capacity, areas where traditional modules are not viable.

TNO CEO Tjark tjin-a-tsoi added: “This declaration of intent is an important step in the direction of a greater synergy between Dutch and Japanese programs in the field of flexible solar energy technologies. It also allows TNO to strengthen the regional industrial production of Pellen-tokui to work in Sekisui to work in Sekisui to work in Sekisuii to work in Sekisuii to work in Sekisuii for Sekisui Strengthen. “

When PV -Magazine has reported, Sekisui Solar Film develops technology for lightweight, flexible Perovskite Solar Module production using an advanced roll-to-roll process. It works on a 100 MW factory in Japan for large-scale production, performs field demonstrations and signed a Perovskiet-Sonne-related memorandum of agreement with Slovakia.

De Bom said in the press release that it sees cooperation as improving the emerging perovskiet -supply chain of the region, such as the Innovation Coalition Solar (IC Solar), a network of companies about working aspects of Perovskite PV, including cell functionality, material costs, production machines and demonstrations. It also mentioned the Dutch SolarNL program for the local solar module industry.

In recent months, PV -Magazine has reported solar cell product launches by Dutch companies, such as Kalpana and Sald, both developing atomic layer of layout technologies and thin film Zonne -Zonne -manufacturer Hyetolar.
