FTC Solar Has released its Pioneer+ High Wind Tracker, an advanced variant of his 1P Pionier Single-As Tracker, specially built for regions that are confronted with extreme wind conditions. Developed to resist wind speeds of up to 150 km / h, pioneer+ strong wind is built to be used in coastal, hurricane-sensitive and large regions, while building the core design and control architecture of FTC Solar.
The Pioneer+ High Wind solution extends the possibilities of FTC Solar’s flagship 1P Pioneer Tracker to tackle more challenging project environments. As solar projects go into more, climate -sensitive environments exposed by the wind, the need for structurally resilient, intelligently designed trackers increases. The Pioneer+ High Wind Tracker is built for these circumstances and combines analytical modeling, validated engineering of third parties and Real-World tests to guarantee reliable performance under increasing wind loads.
The most important system height points include:
- Wind direction-agent safety position, minimizing wind loads, reducing the foundation depth requirements and guaranteeing maximized energy production, even during wind mysterious supply of structural resilience and long-term value.
- Configurable Module Signs Graottes for wind categories from 105 MPH to 150 MPH.
- Reinforced connecting pipes, drive items and demerger blages for extra structural stiffness.
- Optimized natural frequency in accordance with third -party stability criteria.
- Compatibility between module forms factors for broad design flexibility.
The Pioneer+ High Wind Tracker retains the system architecture of the Pioneer line and has included improvements for higher wind stability. Presassembled module Agnostic rails confirm with a single bolt to the universal coupling tube-it reduction of the required hardware and simplifying logistics on site.
Standard 1P Pioneer Tracker functions such as open buses, two -part couplings and self -illuminating parts eliminate tight inserts and reduce bottlenecks and project errors.
“We are committed to listening to the market and constantly strive to deliver the smartest trackers in the company,” said Yann Brandt, CEO of FTC Solar. “This launch is about more than meeting a specification – it is about solving real challenges for developers with solutions that are quickly, easy and safe to install and operate – regardless of the project location. This is what the industry now needs, and FTC Solar is ready to deliver.”
In addition to new innovations in hail restriction, terrain adaptation and resilience of cold weather, this launch marks another strategic milestone in the goal of FTC Solar to unlock risky, highly potential sites for the implementation of clean energy.
