Battery maker Energie Renaissance comes in Australia in Australia

Lithium ion battery maker Energy Renaissance went into the administration in Australia after an important investor has withdrawn from a planned financing round, leaving the company in a cash crisis.

Australian lithium -battery producer Energy Renaissance went into liquidation, only a few months after celebrating a decade in business.

The company, which makes a high energy density, air-cooled lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery energy storage systems, has also recently launched a new cyber security battery designed by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSiro) And built by Energy Renaissance on his Gigafactory in Tomago, New South Wales.

On August 13, Stewart Free and Bradd Morelli from National Insolvency and Business Recovery Firm Jirsch Sutherland were appointed joint and various managers of there Industrial Pty Ltd (formerly Energy Renaissance PTY LTD).

Free told PV -Magazine That the appointment of Jirsch Sutherland was activated by the withdrawal of a large investor from a planned financing subscription program, which the company left in a cash crisis.
